Chris Hale is a Senior Director at TIAA Global Capabilities based in Mumbai, where he is developing actuarial capabilities, he is also the global lead of actuarial model development. He started at TIAA in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2006 holding several positions in TIAA’s Actuarial organization.

Chris graduated Amherst College with a degree in mathematics and computer science and holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from Duke University.  He holds the FSA and MAAA designations.
