Mr. Mahipal Reddy brings 35 years of extensive experience spanning the insurance industry, as well as regulation and supervision. In his current role at IFSCA, he oversees key activities related to Insurance, Pension and Ancillary Services.

During his year tenure at IRDAI, he gained extensive experience in insurance regulation and supervision, particularly in the areas of registration, monitoring, and overseeing the governance of general insurance companies and insurance brokers.

He holds professional qualifications in insurance as a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. He has postgraduate degrees in Economics and Management.
