Swati Gurukrishnan joined Marsh in September 2025 as President of the Marsh Global Capability Center (GCC) in India, overseeing delivery centers in Mumbai and Pune. She provides strategic leadership focused on high-quality service delivery and fostering an inclusive, colleague-centric culture. As a member of the Marsh BCS Executive Committee and a key GCC leader, Swati shapes the center’s strategic direction and growth.

With 28 years of experience across banking, insurance, management consulting, and engineering, she has led diverse teams and transformational initiatives globally. Before Marsh, she held senior leadership roles at BNY Mellon, including Head of the Enterprise Onboarding Platform, and held leadership positions at JPMorgan, L&T Infotech, and Prudential. Swati holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from MS University, Baroda, and an MBA in finance from NMIMS, Mumbai.
